Can I Inspect the Cattery?
Yes, we would love you to come and visit us and have a look round our wonderful facilities. Just give us a call to arrange a suitable time.
When is the best time to book my cat in?
As soon as you have your dates, as we do get booked up quickly.
Do we need our cat vaccinated?
It is VERY IMPORTANT that all cats are fully up to date with their vaccinations before boarding with us at Frogmore Cattery.
Cat Flu is a nasty viral disease that can cause severe flu like symptoms, it is caused by 2 main viruses – feline Calcivirus (FCV) and Feline Herpesvirus (FHV).
Feline Enteritis (panleukopenia) is a highly infectious virus that spreads quickly between cats. These viruses are easily spread by direct contact between cats.
If you cats vaccination has lapsed then the course will have to be restarted. Phone your vet if you are unsure. On every visit to us you will need to bring your caccination card.
What food will my cat be fed?
We endeavour to cater for all our guests and use only the best! Plus we offer fresh chicken and fish for our fussy guests. Prescription of specialised food is supplied by the owners.
My cat is on medication or is diabetic
Owners must supply us with enough medication and instructions for the duration of their stay.
Will you let me know how my cat is?
We can update you via email and photos – that’s not a problem.
